Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. WTC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Pilot car candidates

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. WTC may approve, decline, or request additional information at its discretion. Drivers operating under WTC dispatch must meet all training, insurance, and state requirements at all times.

Shippers and route orders

Route orders created through WTC reflect work that has been agreed upon outside the platform. WTC coordinates dispatch and operational support; rates, scope, and timelines are governed by the underlying agreement with the shipper.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, and circumventing access controls are prohibited.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
